- Wholesale prices apply when you shop in Wholesale mode and meet the minimum quantity for each product
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice before your order is confirmed
Once your order is confirmed by our team, the agreed price is what you pay.
Orders
When you place an order, it is received by our team for review. Orders become confirmed after we check availability and reach out to you if needed.
We may contact you to verify your name, phone number, address or product details before shipment.
Product Availability
Occasionally a product may be out of stock or temporarily unavailable. If this affects your order, we will contact you before confirmation to offer alternatives or adjust your order.
Delivery

Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products generally cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will review each case individually and do our best to make things right.

Please contact us on Telegram within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review and get back to you quickly.

No — you can order as a guest. Creating an account simply makes future orders faster.
